assured that the individual hired will be the technical best because our integrity is at
stake. Our
reputation is not an accident; it is the result of building relationships with valued
clients and potential candidates.
Our guarantee represents our commitment to understanding your requirements and introducing candidates of the
highest caliber. It is our policy to “do the right thing” for you - our client.  While we unconditionally guarantee a
placement for 6 months - we intend for them to stay for years. If you are not
happy, well make it right. If the candidate is hired and leaves your employ within 6
months, the fee will
be refunded on a pro rata basis or we will replace that person at no charge. The bottom
line is, you will
be satisfied.
The guarantee does not end here.
Involvement can be maintained throughout the interview and selection process
until an offer is tendered. However, services do not necessarily end with the hire. We
stay involved, as
requested, and are available to assist with questions involving employment, salary,
promotion, hiring, or
labor law.
Accounting & Finance Personnel,
Inc. stands
behind our work. You have our word on it. If the full
fee is paid no later than ten (10) calendar days from the starting date of employment,
a one
hundred and eighty (180) day guarantee will be in effect. If there is a termination
within the first one hundred eighty calendar days of employment, the fee will be adjusted
on a pro rata basis. The fee will be earned at a rate of 1/180th per day from the starting
date of employment. If the full fee is not paid by the tenth calendar day of employment,
there is no guarantee. |
